Please verify that your shipping address is correct before paying. Any change of address results in a $17.00 fee as charged to us by the shipping carriers.
If your package is returned to us due to an error in your address and you wish it to be sent back out then a fee equal to the total shipping cost will need to be charged. If you wish to cancel the order then a return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
We currently make deliveries within the Continental USA or PR, HI, AK through United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service(U.S. Post).

All shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our auto parts warehouse puts forth every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, it does occur occasionally.
If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package; have the shipper immediately return it to us. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to us. Missing, damaged, or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs.
Lastly, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims for such must be worked out with the shipping company.

Shop 4 Auto Parts Warranty & Returns
Standard Shop 4 Auto Parts Warranty
Shop 4 Auto Parts hereby warrants to the purchaser that all Auto Parts we sell are serviceable and functional. If an Auto Part is found to be defective within six months* from date of purchase Shop 4 Auto Parts shall, at its discretion, provide either a replacement Auto Part or a refund. Auto Parts which are returned for a reason other than warranty are subject to a 15% restocking charge. No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the Auto Parts in question. Warranty and Shipping Damage related claims may require authentication – do not dispose of parts until instructed.
To file a warranty claim, customers are required to submit their information using the Warranty/Damage Claim form found on the Prime Choice Auto Parts website. All Warranty Claims require a copy of your original purchase receipt, an image of the warrantied part NOT attached to the vehicle, and an image showing the part stamp, if visible, on the warrantied part. You may be required to return the part for inspection and you may be required to purchase a new replacement part while the warranty claim is being processed. Once the warranty claim has been reviewed and approved, Shop 4 Auto Parts will provide you with a refund of the original purchase price. If for any reason a replacement part is not available, Shop 4 Auto Parts will reimburse you the original purchase price of the part.
*Electrical components such as Alternators, Starters, Fuel Pumps, and Oxygen Sensors are covered by a 90 day warranty. Filters do not come with any warranty.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty can be purchased during the checkout process and is not available for all products.
Shop 4 Auto Parts obligation under the Limited Lifetime Warranty is limited to a refund equal to the original purchase price of the defective or worn-out product.
Warranties are non-transferable, contain no cash value, and are only extended to the owner of the vehicle provided that the ownership has not changed since the installation of the unit. This warranty does not apply to units which have been altered, modified, lowered, damaged from neglect, abuse or an accident, misused, improperly installed, contaminated with dirt or other contaminants, installed on vehicles used for commercial or racing purposes, or used in applications other than recommended in our catalog. Shop 4 Auto Parts does not provide reimbursements for delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Shop 4 Auto Parts Return Policy
Shop 4 Auto Parts will refund or replace any defective or non-defective auto parts. However, they reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the order.
All returns require prior approval, please contact us either by phone or on-line to receive your approval prior to shipping the item(s)

ON-LINE: Login to “My Account” on the Prime Choice website and click the “trouble ticket” link located in the upper left of the page. Under “create new ticket” select the appropriate “reason”, enter your order number from your original receipt and then click “create ticket”. A new text box will appear where you can enter details about your return request. Click “Submit”
EMAIL: Send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org complete with “Order Number. (To find your “Order Number” log in to your account – your active Order Numbers are listed at the bottom of the page). Please note “reason for return” within body of email.
Once you have submitted your request a Returns specialist will call you or email you within 48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) and you will then receive approval and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Shipments received without proper approval and the order number clearly posted on the outside of the box will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Shop 4 Auto Parts is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer’s name, address and order number) on or in the box.

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return auto parts that:
- Are in their original packaging
- Have not been used, installed, or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to improper installation
- Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
We will issue a full refund for any returned auto parts when your return meets the above requirements, less our 15% restocking fee. The cost of shipping (if any) will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error or involves a defective auto part, all other situations require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee from the refund.
Once we have received your returned auto part(s), conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued and all applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Again, the cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. Returned auto parts sent C.O.D. will not be accepted.
Shop 4 Auto Parts will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website. Furthermore, we are not responsible for towing expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
From the Prime Choice Auto Parts website Login to “My Account” and click on the “Trouble Ticket” link located in the upper left of the page. Select “Received Damaged Product” from the drop box and include details in the “Notes” section. Please include your Order Number You will then be contacted by email with further instructions on filing your claim.
Please note, all orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the Auto Parts warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order.
NO ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED AFTER THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.
NOTE: You may be required to provide the VIN of the vehicle you ordered the parts for to validate a warranty claim or return authorization.
